TOM WISHON Smoooth Series 7 Putter in White or Black Finish (RH & LH)

Smoooth Series Model 6 and 7 putter heads are designed to offer a more rear located Center of Gravity for higher Moment of Inertia (MOI), as well as custom headweighting options for the golfer from 335g to 405g.
-A recent trend has developed for golfers to request much higher putter headweights than what has been typical in the past, and the weighting capability of the Model 6 and 7 is designed to meet that requirement.
-Smoooth Series Model 6 and 7 putters are true billet forged from 6061 aluminum, a high cost aluminum alloy that delivers a higher surface durability than other aluminum alloys, yet still has the softness aluminum is known for to ensure a soft feel at impact.
-Model 6 and 7 putter heads feature the Smoooth low friction face design. A highly polished impact area reduces friction between the soft face and the ball so that pulled or pushed putts will not be moved off-line as much as some milled-face or soft-polymer face putters with much higher friction will do.
-Model 6 and 7 putter heads are also designed with a heavy top weighting bar design of tungsten. The tungsten top bar acts both to move the CG higher in the head to assist with a truer roll of the putt, and also serves to give the golfer a unique wide alignment line.
-Model 6 and 7 putter heads both are designed with a deep weight bore in the rear-sole to customize headweight. The weight bore accepts specially made 14 gram tungsten weight disks, up to a maximum of 5 disks in each head. Weight bore is covered by an attractive all-aluminum engraved medallion.
-Both Model 6 and 7 putters are designed so the back area where the additional weighting is placed is well above the ground to eliminate any possibility of "scuffing" the putt with a deep-body High MOI design. This position in the rear of the Model 6 and 7 putters also aligns the weight added in the weight bore directly with the impact position of the ball on the face for more solid contact.
-Model 6 and 7 putter heads are finished in a durable semi-gloss black anodized coating to add surface protection to the models and reduce glare in bright sun.
-These heads are also designed with a center bore, meaning the shaft enters the head in the center rather then the heel.
These Center Bore designs are manufactured with the .370” bore machined at a 74 degree lie angle to accept any conventional straight, belly or long straight putter shaft. These DO NOT require the use of a Double Bend shaft. Center Bore designs are RH only. Heel Bore designs are RH and LH.
-White finish is RH only.
-Price includes headcover

Better golf is just a fit away.

Email me at bobsailergolf@shaw.ca and request "golf info" in the subject line and I will return your email with interesting golf videos/links regarding what you should know before investing in golf clubs. Ask Yourself: Are all golfers the same size, the same strength, posess the same athletic ability, or have the same swing speed and tempo? If you have ever observed golfers on a driving range, you know the answer is NO! Because we are all unique regarding our size, strength, athletic ability and swing characteristics, preassembled clubs built to one standard set of specifications (regarding length, lie, loft, total weight, swing weight/MOI, wood face angle, shaft flex, shaft weight, shaft bend profile, grip size, set make-up, etc) will very likely not allow you to play your best golf. You see, in other sports where we hit a ball with a stick, like tennis or baseball, only 1 stick is needed. Therefore, it is very easy and an absolute must for these manufacturers to cutomize these sticks to the different size, strength, and athletic abilities of their consumers. Because you need 14 sticks in golf, they can't be offered in a vast selection of different lengths, lies, weights, shafts, grip sizes, etc, because the mass production assembly line couldn't handle these demands, not to mention the huge inventory needed and resulting inventory nightmare for the store selling them, and the knowledgeable staff needed to properly fit and build them from scratch for each individual customer. BEFORE you get misled by a $50 million per year marketing campaign, allow me to give you a free, 15 minute, no obligation, clubfitting demonstration before you decide where to buy...at the very least you will learn a few things.
