Ralph Maltby TRICEPT RP425 PUTTER (RH and LH)
NEW! The Maltby Tricept RP425 is truly an innovative putter design. The bold alignment system also doubles as a training aid that is legal for play. The outside alignment lines are positioned exactly 4.25” apart which is the exact width of a standard golf hole. The inside alignment lines are exactly 1.680” which is the standard width of a regulation golf ball. This allows the golfer to focus on the full path to the hole and not just a finite line.
-Too much emphasis is placed on trying to strike a putt on a narrow line when the real path to the hole is sufficient enough to make the putt. You will notice improved results, especially on shorter putts, instantly with the Tricept RP425 putter head.
-Cast from soft 431 steel, the Tricept RP425 features a hollow two piece construction to properly locate the weight for a high MOI and a balanced feel.
-The face is CNC milled to exactly 4 degrees of loft for a true roll.
-High Moment of Inertia (MOI) resists twisting on off-center hits, improves directional and distance control.
-New “weight port feature” in back of sole allows custom weighting for shorter lengths, belly, or long putters.
-Custom weight by replacing 6gm screw with different weight screws.
-CNC milled face.
-Optimal 4° of loft for a true roll and improved distance control.
-Headcover included. |

Ask Yourself: Are all golfers the same size, the same strength, posess the same athletic ability, or have the same swing speed and tempo? If you have ever observed golfers on a driving range, you know the answer is NO! Because we are all unique regarding our size, strength, athletic ability and swing characteristics, preassembled clubs built to one standard set of specifications (regarding length, lie, loft, total weight, swing weight/MOI, wood face angle, shaft flex, shaft weight, shaft bend profile, grip size, set make-up, etc) will very likely not allow you to play your best golf. You see, in other sports where we hit a ball with a stick, like tennis or baseball, only 1 stick is needed. Therefore, it is very easy and an absolute must for these manufacturers to cutomize these sticks to the different size, strength, and athletic abilities of their consumers. Because you need 14 sticks in golf, they can't be offered in a vast selection of different lengths, lies, weights, shafts, grip sizes, etc, because the mass production assembly line couldn't handle these demands, not to mention the huge inventory needed and resulting inventory nightmare for the store selling them, and the knowledgeable staff needed to properly fit and build them from scratch for each individual customer. BEFORE you get misled by a $50 million per year marketing campaign, allow me to give you a free, 15 minute, no obligation, clubfitting demonstration before you decide where to buy...at the very least you will learn a few things.
